The main focus this week is seek traction and get validation from customers and users.

It’s never been easier to get early interest from customers to validate your idea. whether it’s through cold outreach on X, Linkedin or email, finding communities online, and posting on your own channels, find ways to talk to customers.

Show them how you understand their problem, end with sharing your mock ups and demos, and get insights to help you build.

Goals

  1. Make a landing page, get waitlist. Bonus if paid waitlist with deposit
    1. ex. this group got $1k in sign ups in 48hr
    2. you can use lovable to make a landing page in 5min
    3. follow best practices from yc: direct value prop, clear call to action, visual
  2. Talk to customers. Show them demos and get feedback on validating biggest assumption on problem
    1. If you need tips, my recc is check out the mom test.
    2. Our minimum recc is talk to 5 customers this week. Top teams will talk to 20+ over the next couple of weeks.
  3. 🔑 More progress on prototype. Start next week with a demo.
