To us, putting customers first is so important that it’s baked into the design process on day 1 in developing new education products. It’s not an afterthought to push what’s been built. It’s an integral part of the process.

This is for you if you’ve noticed that “build a great product” is never enough. If you want to sit close to founders and see how positioning, timing, and human psychology determine whether something lives or dies.

You don’t need prior sales experience. You do need comfort talking to people, asking uncomfortable questions, and hearing “no” without spinning out.

Over 100 days you’ll work directly with the build and storytelling fellows to bring real products to market. You’ll help define who the product is for, reach out to, run discovery calls, and learn how to qualify interest. You’ll lead discovery conversations and work to get a first pilot deployed.

You’ll learn how early-stage sales actually works in 2026: messy, conversational, iterative, and deeply tied to product. Not scripts. Not boilerplate. Real humans deciding whether something is worth paying for.
