Our team has taken products from idea to production in 10 days with the latest AI tools and best practices in engineering teams. This role is for someone who wants to help make that happen not as a side project but a repeatable process.
You’ll spend 100 days in a team of 3 working directly with sales, marketing, and end users. You’ll help shape product direction, turn vague ideas into concrete prototypes, and ship code that real people depend on.
You should be comfortable writing code full stack, navigating a modern editor, and learning quickly. Familiarity with tools like Cursor or Claude Code is useful, but what matters more is your ability to reason through problems, iterate fast, and handle ambiguity.
During the fellowship you’ll design and prototype features with AI-assisted workflows, deploy and operate production systems in the cloud, debug real user-reported issues, and run user feedback sessions to inform what gets built next.
Expect tight feedback loops, exposed mistakes, and measurable outcomes.
